Paul was born in rush ky....july 1st 1940 to the late jay withrow and della withrow-sammons....He had 4 brothers and 2 sisters....he had 7 children, 6 grandchildren, he will always be missed by family,friends and the ones who really knew him.....if you have any comments or words of comfort for his loved ones please feel free to leave them here....
